Olive

It's been a while, hasn't it? Dear blog, I apologise for not giving you as much attention recently, for the folio is driving my head in. Not to worry! I shall lavish my love for you right now.

I shall share an embarrassing tale then, yes? It all started yesterday when I went to grab a refreshment at a friend's party. His party was held in his aunty's home, and his aunty has a few things dangling around the room we were in. Now, his aunty is I think 19? 20? Just a bit older than us. A couple of her friends came over as well and they weren't that bad looking:P

So there I was, grabbing a drink for myself [apple juice if you're wondering] and one of her friends were around. Due to party scenery, we both acknowledged each other and gave each other polite smiles. I finish grabbing my drink and turn to head back to a couple of my friends when, would you believe it, I walk straight into a bird cage that was dangling from the ceiling. Not only was a red mark forming in the middle of my forehead but my cheeks were getting redder and redder by the moment. I looked at the guy who was there and he was stifling a laugh. Not knowing what to do, I made eye contact with him and said 'You never saw that', in which he replied with upfront laughter.

Smooth right?

Until then.
xx

  1. I did wonder what the hell you were on about;) But you got it. Once again you got it right:) And with the rain too. It's like a new beginning, like the landscape and everything in it (including people) get a reset, a second chance, a new skin to go off and experience.

BAhahaha! Oh my lord! Your line was PERFECT! He should have loved you for that. There is nothing, I repeat NOTHING that is more off-putting (to me at any rate, and I'm sure others) than a girl who takes herself too seriously. Weirdly enough, if you were interested in this guy, you could not have not made a better introduction than what you did, even if you had planned it! So, the question that remains is ... were you interested?

  2. As crazy as it may sound to others to not fancy a really good looking person, I know exactly what you mean. Sounds like your looks were enough for him though if he kept interested through the evening:) If I DID ever meet you I'm sure I'd love those things about you as much as I love how they sound. I get intensely disinterested in girls you see that think they are pristine and untouchable. You know, the ones that think the sun shines out of their caboose:P

  3. Hahaha! Not evil, but honest and funny:D OH, what a douche though. I always try to hold my anger back when I see and know of guys like that who actually have nice girlfriends, yet I see how damn lucky they are (and I'm not) when they don't see what they've got. Grrr! But yes, too many of those fools wandering around. I pity them because they're fools:)
Oh bollocks! I'll bet guys are checking you out all the time, and not because they are waiting for you to do something silly. Although that would be a cheeky bonus:)
